i was intrigued by the thought of a luxurious stay, but instead endured running children upstairs and no designated trash room? i nearly thought about leaving a good review, until i realized my upgraded room never materialized. it feels like they hire any ol’ check-in clerk. i expected a red carpet, but i got nothing instead.

It felt like a game of musical chairs trying to find a trash room!!! Also, with limited sound insulation, noise from kids above was an unwelcome concert at bedtime!!! Elevators could use more efficiency at peak times!!!

Just spent 4 nights in a King Studio. Super comfy beds and a kitchen that’s great for long stays. Breakfast had fresh fruits and eggs, which was a nice perk. Only downside? A bit of noise from upstairs kids, but overall, a solid stay!
